Case history : International Olympic Committee
Having identified an unmet need, in 2002 Publi Créations created the 1st Conference on Sport & Science under the patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and with the participation of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The conference was renewed in the following years and in 2007, thanks to the acquired experience and reputation, Publi Créations was chosen to organise the first Biennale de Sport & Science in Monaco, again with the full collaboration and involvement of the IOC. In 2011, Publi Créations, in partnership with the IOC and supported by the Principality of Monaco, organised the World Conference on Prevention of Injury and Illness in Sport. The IOC World Conference has registered an increasing success for its scientific value and participation, with 1,500 participants from around the world. Since 2011, Publi Créations has also started organising, on a yearly base, other events promoted by the IOC as the IOC Advanced Team Physician Course, the IOC Course on Cardiovascular Evaluation of Olympic Athletes, the IOC Research Centres’ Annual Meeting. In 2022 we assist the IOC and 4 other Sport Federations in the first step of the organisation of the 6th International Consensus Conference on Concussion in Sport.

Case history : Francophone Oncology
The Biennale Monégasque de Cancérologie was created in 1994 by Professor M. Hery. Since 2005, when Publi Créations has been entrusted with its organisation, it has become every year more successful. With an initial participation of a few hundred doctors, it now gathers 1,600 participants and 53 partners for a 4-day multitrack, multidisciplinary and top-level scientific programme. Even if French speaking, the congress attracts experts from many countries. Strong of the first successful edition organised together in 2006, Prof. Hery and Publi Créations have decided to create in 2007 the Monaco Age Oncologie (MAO). This conference focuses on improving the care of elderly patients and attracts 600 participants among French speaking oncologists and geriatricians.

Case history : Respiratory Medicine
In 2003, following the interest of World Recognised Opinion Leaders in the field, we initiated the Respiratory Tract Infections Congress. In 2008 we organised the World Asthma Congress in Monaco. In 2013, following a consensus conference including representatives from the industry, a group of world opinion leaders together with Publi Créations, created the International Workshop on Lung Health, which has been renewed eight times ever since. Thanks to the acquired experience and reputation, Publi Créations became partner of EMBARC (European Registry on Bronchiectasis) by managing several editions of the World Bronchiectasis Conference. Furthermore, responding to attendees’ request a European NTM & Bronchiectasis Conference started its biannual experience in 2019. The Adult Cystic Fibrosis International Workshop held for the first time in 2019, has been so successful that both the European Respiratory Society and the European Cystic Fibrosis Society, have decided to step in. Last but not least, the experience in NTM (Non Tuberculous Mycobacteria) & Bronchiectasis has given birth to awareness and networking projects focusing on improving the patients’ quality of life, affected with the NTM-PD rare disease.
